We are a customer data and marketing automation consultancy. We sit inside your platform and make it deliver.

We configure the data layer, build the campaigns, and make sure your team can run them independently. Our founders have worked inside customer data platforms since 2015, across e-commerce, retail, banking, telecoms, hospitality, and fintech. We were delivery consultants then, and we still are.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Radoslav Matuska, Co-Founder

Four years at Exponea/Bloomreach as business consultant, project manager, and onboarding specialist. Designed data-tracking architectures, led full implementations, and trained new consultants joining the platform team. Before that, nearly four years as a data analyst inside VUB banka, building direct marketing campaigns and contact strategy from scratch. After Bloomreach, led marketing automation at Sygic and growth marketing at Eurowag. His career spans the agency, the bank, the platform vendor, the startup, and the corporate. An IT background and marketing operations experience: the combination that makes CDP projects work.

Jan Sacha, Co-Founder

Started at Exponea as a customer analytics consultant and value delivery manager for enterprise clients in banking, telecoms, and travel. Then ran Digiline, Slovakia's largest digital media buying agency, as CEO for five years: grew revenue from 5.84M to 13.61M EUR, scaled to 30 people and 90 clients. Before his digital career, he organized a world championship in canoe slalom and directed the Slovak Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015. He has led teams, organizations, and budgets in environments where failure is public and deadlines are fixed.

OUR STORY

Asteroad started with two consultants sitting next to each other at Exponea. Rado was onboarding new clients. Jan was running enterprise accounts. We spent years inside the same platform, across clients, learning what makes customer data projects work and what makes them stall.

Then our paths split. Jan went on to run Digiline, Slovakia's largest digital media buying agency, for five years. He took over after the agency lost its biggest client and grew it from 5.8M to 13.6M EUR, scaling to 30 people and 90 clients. Rado led marketing automation at Sygic, cut data costs in half while increasing conversions, then moved to Eurowag to run growth marketing across the group.

We came back together because we kept seeing the same problem from different sides of the table: companies invest in a customer data platform and then struggle to get the value out. Not because the technology is wrong. Because the implementation, the data layer, or the team capacity is not where it needs to be.

That is the gap Asteroad fills. We sit inside your platform, configure the foundation, build what needs to run, and make sure your team can take it from there.
