The email deliverability dashboard is a Bloomreach Engagement channel performance view that shows delivery rate, bounce rates, complaint rate, open rate and click-through rate from your own sending. Next to those it shows reputation, spam rate and authentication signals pulled from Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS, the two providers' free sender-reputation services. It sits under Overview > Channel performance > Email. It splits into four sections: deliverability overview, failed sends and bounces, audience health, and external deliverability data. The external section needs a connected Postmaster Tools or SNDS integration before it shows anything.
