A global URL list is a project-level set of URL rules in Bloomreach Engagement that weblayers, experiments and tags share. Each rule is one of `Page with URL`, `Page URL containing` or `Page matching regexp`. Campaigns reference the list in their `Show on` or `Do not show on` settings instead of each carrying its own copy. Lists are created under project settings and hold up to 50 rules each. You can import one from CSV, with the match type in column one and the URL in column two. Because campaigns reference the list and do not copy it, an edit applies to every live weblayer at once. A list in use cannot be deleted until each campaign drops it.

In practice
Name lists by page role (checkout, PDP, account) and not by campaign, and review who can edit them. One careless edit changes targeting on every banner that uses the list.
