It is the orchestration canvas, built from a trigger and a sequence of nodes. A welcome series, abandoned-cart recovery, and win-back campaign are all scenarios. It is where customer data becomes an automated sequence of messages and decisions.
In practice
Keep scenarios readable and named by purpose. A scenario that has grown into dozens of branches is hard to debug and easy to break; split complex logic and document the entry conditions so the next person can follow what fires and when.
