Loomi is a brand over several different things, so ask which one someone means. Personalization inside campaigns, ranking inside search, an agent that drafts campaigns, and Loomi Connect for model context protocol access are separate features with separate availability and separate licensing. “We use Loomi” on its own tells you nothing you can scope against.
